Regardless, we are able to tolerate some toxic ingredients without short-term effects. It&#039;s the long term effects we often don&#039;t catch until it&#039;s too late. This is why it&#039;s always up for debate whether or not to use certain ingredients. Skin Deep is a good resource for those who are unsure and would prefer to not take any chances with certain ingredients. Much like the way the USDA has regulated organic food, Skin Deep is helping the consumer know exactly what they are buying.]]></description>
